Matthew 1:1 “The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.” 1. Our Sovereign God is in absolute control. 2. Our Sovereign God is faithful. 2 Samuel 7:16 “And your house and your kingdom shall be made sure forever before me. Your throne shall be established forever.” 3. Our Sovereign God is gracious.
